Four types of charisma

There are four types of charisma you may use for your purposes.

Authority

Based on self-confidence, which impress and sometimes overwhelms others. You perceived as a strong leader, and people obey to you easily. Very good in crisis times, where strong hand needed.

It stops people from independent thinking, blocks feedback, and might be perceived as arrogant. If you went too far in this, you may show more kindness.

Vision

Based on believe and strong conviction, which inspire and give self esteem to others. You perceived as fully committed to a bigger vision, which inspire your followers, encourage to be creative. This charisma streamline cooperation and team work.

It may lead to fanaticism, and also may be disrupted by external circumstances. If you went too far in this, you may show more sensitivity.

Attention

Based on presence, here and now, which makes people feel being heard, and understood. You perceived as fully aware and focused, and people feel safe to grow. This calmness aura may do magic things.

May be perceived as being rude or submissive. People may sometimes share too much with you, and regret it later, as they force their own boundaries. If you went too far in this, you may show more self-confidence and warmth.

Kindness

Based on care about other, which provide aura of warmth and acceptance. You perceived as caring leader, which build safe environment, with strong emotional relationships. People like you.

It may lead to attachment, sharing of deepest secrets which may be not so good in business environment. If you went too far in this, you may show more self-confidence.

It’s worth to start with one and then… if your emotional intelligence will allow – go for more.
