Time of your speech is crucial, more time you have – more possibilities to explain your thoughts and come with digressions… Giving a long talk is not an issue… but if you have to shrink it to 20 minutes, or 10 or 5 – you have to be just to the point.

If you have a single message to deliver, it worth to use SCI-PAB framework, to make it short and just to the point. I do such SCI-PAB on a paper or on my Remarkable 2 before I have demanding speech.
